iBPO Onboarding Training

CLaaS2SaaS

About This Course

iBPO Onboarding Training (IBPO-MD) is a twelve-week, self-paced programme for CLaaS2SaaS learners who want to build and run their own iBPO (intelligent Business Process Outsourcing) practice. It sits inside your wider Diploma programme and moves at your own pace, with each module unlocking once the one before it is complete.

The course runs in two halves. The first three modules take you through setting up your own iBPO business: building a Business Model Canvas and validating product-market fit, assembling a solutions portfolio across AI development tools, AI-bilingual skilling and agentic SaaS, and planning how you will go to market and win your first clients. The second three modules put that business to work on a real SME engagement, from running a Digital Maturity Assessment through to a transformation strategy, a full implementation plan, and a proposal you can put in front of a client.

Every module pairs short knowledge content, including instructional videos, with a case study and a hands-on assignment, so what you learn is applied straightaway rather than left on the page. There is no grade and no pass or fail. Completion means you leave with a registered business, a working portfolio, and real client-facing experience, not just a certificate.

Requirements

This course assumes no prior business or technical background beyond what the wider Diploma programme already covers. You will need a computer with internet access, a willingness to register an actual business (no joining fee and no inventory required), and the time to complete each module's case study and assignment before moving to the next. No coding experience is required.
